This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Sequence (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile applications (the “Apps”). It applies to every mobile application we publish under the Tech Sequence name, and is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Personal Data Protection regulations, including Vietnam’s PDPD. 1. Information we collect

• Account & identity. When you sign in or register we collect the details needed to operate your account: name, email address, phone number, your employer or organization (for workspace apps), and an optional profile photo.
• Content you provide. Documents, photos and files you upload, messages, comments, and form submissions you create in the App. This content belongs to you (or your organization); we process it to provide the service.
• Device & usage data. Device model, operating system and version, app version, language, crash reports, diagnostic logs, usage analytics, and push-notification tokens.
• Location. Some features (for example check-in or field work) use your device’s location. Location is collected only when such a feature requires it, only after you grant the operating system permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Apps and your account
• To sync your content across devices and with your organization’s workspace
• To send service notifications you have enabled (push, email)
• To diagnose crashes, improve performance, and develop features
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Device permissions

The Apps request operating-system permissions (such as camera, photo library, location, and notifications) only when a feature needs them. Each permission is optional, is requested in context, and can be granted or revoked at any time in your device’s settings. Declining a permission only limits the related feature.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with:

• Your organization, where you use an App under an employer or workspace account — your workspace administrator can see content and account details within that workspace
• Service providers that host and support the Apps (cloud infrastructure, crash reporting, push delivery), bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account — or your organization ends its workspace — associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

6. Security

We protect data in transit with encryption and apply technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority

8. Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with GDPR and applicable data-protection standards, such as contractual protections with our service providers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at this address, with the revision date above. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
