About the team
You'll be part of the Cloud & Infrastructure team at Tech Sequence, reporting to the Network & Security Manager.
The role

We design and operate multi-cloud environments across Microsoft Azure and AWS, modern-workplace platforms on Microsoft 365, and the identity, network, and security architecture that keeps enterprises safe. Our mandate is simple to state and demanding to deliver: Build & Transform. Build means engineering the foundation — cloud landing zones, platform engineering, and infrastructure-as-code that give every client a secure, well-governed starting point. Transform means moving workloads onto it — cloud migration, modernization, and operating-model change that turn legacy estates into agile, cost-efficient platforms. We deliver across manufacturing, logistics, real estate, retail, and office environments, pairing enterprise-grade architecture with startup pace. The Security Consultant owns security advisory outcomes — assessments, architecture direction, and roadmaps that raise clients’ security posture. This role turns risk analysis into pragmatic, prioritized security strategy engineering can deliver. Reporting to the Network & Security Manager, the Security Consultant runs security assessments, advises on architecture and compliance, and builds improvement roadmaps. Responsibilities are consistent across grades; scope, autonomy, and advisory influence grow with seniority.

What you'll do
Run security assessments, gap analyses, and risk reviews against frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). Prioritize findings by risk and business impact. Advise on security architecture, zero-trust, and identity direction. Build prioritized security improvement roadmaps and business cases. Advise on compliance, policy, and governance requirements. Support audits and control design. Serve as a trusted security advisor, communicating rationale and trade-offs. Support pre-sales with scoping, estimation, and narratives. Run security assessments, gap analyses, and risk reviews against frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS). Advise on security architecture, zero-trust, and identity direction. Advise on compliance, policy, and governance requirements. Serve as a trusted security advisor, communicating rationale and trade-offs.
Skills & experience
Working knowledge of security frameworks, risk assessment, and architecture. Zero-trust, identity, network, and cloud security fundamentals. Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and control design.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2-4 years. Structured risk analysis, communication, and facilitation skills. Good English communication skills.
