About the team
You'll be part of the Consulting team at Tech Sequence, reporting to the Transformation Manager.
The role
The Digital Transformation Consultant helps customers transform their business, operating model, processes, and customer experience through technology — considering people, process, technology, data, and organization together, not just software implementation. The role defines digital maturity assessments, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps that guide customers from current state to future state. This role owns business and functional definition, not implementation. It is not accountable for software coding, software/application architecture, infrastructure implementation, or IT operations — those responsibilities sit with Engineering (ENG), Cloud & Infrastructure (CLD), and IT Operations (OPS).

What you'll do
Conduct digital maturity assessments and current-state assessments across people, process, technology, data, and organization. Define target operating models and transformation roadmaps that translate business ambition into a sequenced plan. Identify process digitization, business automation, digital workplace, and customer experience transformation opportunities. Support transformation governance, tracking progress against the roadmap and flagging risks to stakeholders. Work with Business Consulting & Analysis, Functional Consulting, and Solution & Enterprise Architecture to ensure the roadmap is grounded in real requirements and feasible solutions. Digital maturity assessment and current-state assessment reports. Target operating model and transformation roadmap. Transformation governance tracker and status reporting.
Skills & experience
Digital maturity assessment, target operating model design, and roadmap sequencing. Ability to connect people, process, technology, data, and organization considerations into one coherent plan.
What we look for
0-2 years, ideally with exposure to digital transformation or strategy consulting. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. Digital transformation, business architecture, or change management certifications are an advantage.
