About the team
You'll be part of the IT Operations & Managed Services team at Tech Sequence, reporting to the Managed Services Manager.
The role
Technology only creates value when it runs — reliably, securely, and every hour of every day. At Tech Sequence, IT Operations & Managed Services is the function that keeps our clients’ digital estates running and continuously improving. We operate the service desk, endpoint and field support, infrastructure and cloud operations, Microsoft 365 workplaces, and round-the-clock network and security monitoring — the day-to-day engine behind every solution we deliver. Our mandate is simple to state and demanding to deliver: Run & Improve. Run means keeping services available and healthy — incident, request, problem, and change management executed to ITIL standards, with service levels met and users genuinely supported. Improve means raising the bar over time — automation, observability, root-cause elimination, and service-delivery reviews that turn operational data into fewer incidents and a better experience. We deliver across manufacturing, logistics, real estate, retail, and office environments, pairing enterprise-grade operational discipline with startup pace. The Cloud Support Engineer keeps clients’ cloud estates on Microsoft Azure and AWS healthy, secure, and cost-efficient under managed-service agreements. This role runs the day-to-day operations behind resilient cloud platforms. Reporting to the Managed Services Manager, the Cloud Support Engineer handles monitoring, patching, optimization, change, and escalated cloud troubleshooting. Responsibilities are consistent across grades; scope, autonomy, and complexity grow with seniority.
